Preliminary Evidence for Lensing-induced Alignments of High-redshift Galaxies in JWST-CEERS
The majority of low-mass ( ${\mathrm{log}}_{10}{M}_{* }/{M}_{\odot }=9\mbox{--}10$ ) galaxies at high redshift ( z > 1) appear elongated in projection. We use JWST-CEERS observations to explore the role of gravitational lensing in this puzzle.

Cosmic Magnification of High-Redshift Submillimeter Galaxies
Weak lensing magnification probes the correlation between galaxies and the underlying matter field in a similar fashion to galaxy–galaxy lensing shear.

Cosmological Parameters from Cosmic Shear
We present simulations of a cosmic shear survey and show how the survey geometry influences the accuracy of determination of cosmological parameters. We numerically calculate the full covariance matrices of the two-point statistics _+, _- and and use maximum likelihood and Fisher matrix analyses in order to derive expected constraints on the ...

Model Spectrum of Ultrahigh-energy Cosmic Rays Accelerated in FR-I Radio Galaxy Jets
Nearby radio galaxies (RGs) of Fanaroff–Riley Class I (FR-I) are considered possible sites for the production of observed ultrahigh-energy cosmic rays (UHECRs). Among those, some exhibit blazar-like inner jets, while others display plume-like structures.
