A Computational Approach for Biomimetic Design of Liver‐On‐A‐Chip

A biomimetic liver‐on‐a‐chip with antiparallel perfusion was designed using COMSOL‐guided simulation to replicate hepatic acinus transport. Full‐scale modelling revealed diffusion‐dominated, length‐dependent nutrient gradients and low‐shear conditions.

Musculoskeletal humanoids exhibit rich biomechanical properties that remain insufficiently unified in prior discussions. This article systematically categorizes muscle characteristics into five properties: redundancy, independency, anisotropy, variable moment arm, and nonlinear elasticity, and analyzes their combined effects on control.

A Costas loop with Differential Coding

When a Costas loop is used for QAM demodulation, the received constellation diagram rotates. Rotation causes degradation of the symbol error rate (SER). In this paper we propose differential coding to eliminate the effects of rotation, with SER of  0.004 at SNR of 0 dB.

Our meta‐analysis showed significant improvement of PFS with lenalidomide, proteasome inhibitors, and CD38‐based therapies. A significant OS benefit was noted only with lenalidomide in transplant‐eligible (TE) patients, while CD38‐directed therapy showed a trend toward improved OS.
