Cotton Aphid Control on Cotton, 1996 [PDF]
Abstract Cotton was seeded on 36 inch beds in a field at the West Watkins AREC, Lane, OK in Jul. The experimental design was a CRB with 4 replicates and 5 treatments. Plots were 3 beds wide and 50 ft long. Insecticide treatments were made to 2 of the 3 beds in each plot with a high clearance sprayer (24 gpa, 40psi) using 5 flat fan ...

Exploration of heterogeneity and recurrence signatures in hepatocellular carcinoma
This study leveraged public datasets and integrative bioinformatic analysis to dissect malignant cell heterogeneity between relapsed and primary HCC, focusing on intercellular communication, differentiation status, metabolic activity, and transcriptomic profiles.

Chronic TGF‐β exposure drives epithelial HCC cells from a senescent state to a TGF‐β resistant mesenchymal phenotype. This transition is characterized by the loss of Smad3‐mediated signaling, escape from senescence, enhanced invasiveness and metastatic potential, and upregulation of key resistance modulators such as MARK1 and GRM8, ultimately promoting

The "Cotton Problem" in West and Central Africa: The Case for Domestic Reforms [PDF]
Cotton subsidies have received considerable attention during the past four years, primarily triggered by the excessive government support received by the cotton sectors in the United States and the European Union. In response to that support, four cotton-

A tightly-bonded and flexible mesoporous zeolite-cotton hybrid hemostat
Achieving rapid definitive hemostasis is essential to ensure survival of patients with massive bleeding in pre-hospital care. It is however challenging to develop hemostatic agents or dressings that simultaneously deliver a fast, long-lasting and safe ...

A quantitative economic analysis of the impact of price reform and the elimination of subsidies on poverty among cotton producing households in rural Uganda : a thesis presented in partial fulfilment of the requirement for the degree of Masters in Applied Economics at Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand [PDF]
The benefits of eliminating cotton subsidies for Africa have been studied in terms of a higher world price, greater market share and higher export earnings for Africa. These estimates have focused on macroeconomic gains.

Cotton Solitons on Almost Kenmotsu 3-$h$-Manifolds [PDF]
In this paper, we consider the notion of Cotton soliton within the framework of almost Kenmotsu 3-$h$-manifolds. First we consider that the potential vector field is pointwise collinear with the Reeb vector field and prove a non-existence of such Cotton soliton. Next we assume that the potential vector field is orthogonal to the Reeb vector field.
