Traces of Hecke operators on Drinfeld modular forms for GL2(Fq[T])$\operatorname{GL}_2(\mathbb {F}_q[T])$

open access: yesMathematika, Volume 72, Issue 2, April 2026.
Abstract In this paper, we study traces of Hecke operators on Drinfeld modular forms of level 1 in the case A=Fq[T]$A = \mathbb {F}_q[T]$. We deduce closed‐form expressions for traces of Hecke operators corresponding to primes of degree at most 2 and provide algorithms for primes of higher degree.

Failure of stability of a maximal operator bound for perturbed Nevo–Thangavelu means

open access: yesMathematika, Volume 72, Issue 2, April 2026.
Abstract Let G$G$ be a two‐step nilpotent Lie group, identified via the exponential map with the Lie‐algebra g=g1⊕g2$\mathfrak {g}=\mathfrak {g}_1\oplus \mathfrak {g}_2$, where [g,g]⊂g2$[\mathfrak {g},\mathfrak {g}]\subset \mathfrak {g}_2$. We consider maximal functions associated to spheres in a d$d$‐dimensional linear subspace H$H$, dilated by the ...

On a conjecture by Kauffman on alternative and pseudoalternating links [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
It is known that alternative links are pseudoalternating. In 1983 Louis Kauffman conjectured that both classes are identical. In this paper we prove that Kauffman Conjecture holds for those links whose first Betti number is at most 2.

Separating minimal valuations, point-continuous valuations, and continuous valuations

open access: yes, 2021
International audienceAbstract We give two concrete examples of continuous valuations on dcpo’s to separate minimal valuations, point-continuous valuations, and continuous valuations: (1) Let ${\mathcal J}$ be the Johnstone’s non-sober dcpo, and μ be the

On embeddings into $C_p(X)$ where $X$ is Lindelöf [PDF]

open access: yes, 1992
summary:A.V. Arkhangel'skii asked that, is it true that every space $Y$ of countable tightness is homeomorphic to a subspace (to a closed subspace) of $C_p(X)$ where $X$ is Lin\-de\-löf?

SMARANDACHE MULTI-SPACE THEORY, Second Edition [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
We are used to the idea that our space has three dimensions: length, breadth and height with time providing the fourth dimension of spacetime by Einstein. In the string or superstring theories, we encounter 10 dimensions.
