Refinement of amino‐acid conformation vs. difference density maps in time‐resolved serial femtosecond crystallography data analysis

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.

COUPLING INTEGRABLE COUPLINGS

Modern Physics Letters B, 2009
Integrable couplings are presented by coupling given integrable couplings. It is shown that such coupled integrable couplings can possess zero curvature representations and recursion operators, which yield infinitely many commuting symmetries. The presented zero curvature equations are associated with Lie algebras, each of which has two sub-Lie ...

To couple or not to couple

Information Technology & People, 2019
Purpose The predominant narrative is that contemporary organisations, motivated by economic-rationalist aspirations, adopt cloud applications on the premise of achieving cost-savings and efficiency gains. However, how they actually adopt and rollover such new or emerging technologies may be influenced by acts, patterns and processes of institutional ...

ON THE COUPLING METHODS FOR COUPLED PROBLEMS

Acta Mathematica Scientia, 1987
The coupled problem means fluid-structure interaction widely encountered in aviation, offshore and nuclear eng. Sci., Paris, Sér. II 306, No.6, 399-402 (1988). We introduce the principle of the induced trajectory which allows us to associate to a given orbit numerous orbits which approximate the initial one for large time at increasing levels of ...
