IL‐7R‐Enriched Extracellular Vesicles From the Thymus Drive Colitis via Promoting Neutrophil Extracellular Trap Formation

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) pathogenesis remains unclear. This study reveals that thymus‐originated IL‐7R‐enriched extracellular vesicles exacerbate colitis by promoting neutrophil extracellular traps via a thymus‐gut axis, uncovering an inter‐organ communication mechanism in inflammatory bowel disease pathogenesis.

Coupled coincidence point theorems in ordered metric spaces

The authors provide a generalization for the contraction fixed point principle that states the existence of the so-called coupled coincidences of a pair of maps defined on an ordered complete metric space. Neither convincing examples of possible concrete applications nor arguments justifying the importance of the problem are given.
