Some Coupled coincidence and common fixed point theorems for hybrid pair of mappings [PDF]
In this paper we extend the multi-valued mappings and obtain coupled coincidence points and common coupled fixed point theorems involving hybrid pair of single valued and multi-valued maps satisfying generalized contractive conditions in the frame work ...

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Common Coupled Fixed Point Theorems for a Pair of Sb-metric Spaces [PDF]
In this work, we investigate the existence of common coupled fixed point and coupled coincidence points in a setting of two Sb-metric spaces. Here we use a pair of w-compatible mappings.

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

We introduce and study new types of mixed monotone multivalued mappings in partially ordered complete metric spaces. We give relationships between those two types of mappings and prove their coupled fixed point and coupled common fixed point theorems in ...

Fixed point (FP) has been the heart of several areas of mathematics and other sciences. FP is a beautiful mixture of analysis (pure and applied), topology, and geometry.

Note on recent common coupled fixed point results in multiplicative metric spaces [PDF]
Abstract The purpose of this paper is to improve and complement the main results of Jiang and Gu (J. Nonlinear Sci. Appl., 10 (2017), 1881–1895). By using nontrivial methods, some common coupled fixed point results in metric spaces are obtained.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

On Coupled Common Fixed Point Theorems for Nonlinear Contractions with the Mixed Weakly Monotone Property in Partially Ordered -Metric Spaces [PDF]
The main aim of this paper is to establish some coupled common fixed point theorems under a Geraghty-type contraction using mixed weakly monotone property in partially ordered -metric space.
