ABSTRACT Background Survival after relapse in pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (AML) remains poor, highlighting the critical importance of identifying prognostic factors to guide optimal relapse management. Methods We investigated the prognostic impact of multiparameter flow cytometry (MFC) measurable residual disease (MRD) in 188 patients with first ...

Misperception of Body Weight After Childhood Cancer
ABSTRACT Background Misperception of body weight can negatively impact the weight management efforts of childhood cancer survivors (CCSs). Both being overweight or underweight are associated with chronic health conditions commonly observed in CCS; therefore, accurate weight perception is critical for reducing long‐term health risks.

Long-term settlement analysis of soft ground improved with the preloading method and centrifugal model tests for validation [PDF]
Preloading is widely used to reduce residual settlement in soft clays, but practical procedures for predicting long-term deformation after preload removal and reloading remain limited. This paper proposes a practical method based on the isotache concept,

ABSTRACT Background Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) is one of the most treatable forms of paediatric cancer; however, there is a substantial burden of treatment‐related toxicities (TRTs). In addition, the long‐term changes in children's health‐related quality of life (HRQoL) due to toxic treatments are not well understood.

Coupling of Thalamocortical Sleep Oscillations Are Important for Memory Consolidation in Humans
Sleep, specifically non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep, is thought to play a critical role in the consolidation of recent memories. Two main oscillatory activities observed during NREM, cortical slow oscillations (SO, 0.5-1.0 Hz) and thalamic spindles (12-15 Hz), have been shown to independently correlate with memory improvement.

Immunoglobulin Depletion and Recovery Following Blinatumomab in Infants With KMT2A‐Rearranged ALL
ABSTRACT Adding blinatumomab to standard chemotherapy for infants with KMT2A‐rearranged acute B‐cell lymphoblastic leukemia (KMT2A‐r B‐ALL) improves outcomes. Although blinatumomab impairs immunoglobulin G (lgG) production, increasing infection susceptibility, IgG recovery remains poorly understood.
