Coupling characteristics of construction safety risk and complicated factors of metro station: a case study of Ningbo

open access: yesJournal of Asian Architecture and Building Engineering
This paper investigates the coupling relationship and degree of complex factors corresponding to the metro station construction in the Ningbo region. To this end, the interpretative structural modeling (ISM) method, a structural interpretation model, is ...

β‐TrCP overexpression enhances cisplatin sensitivity by depleting BRCA1

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Low levels of β‐TrCP (Panel A) allow the accumulation of BRCA1 and CtIP, which facilitate the repair of cisplatin‐induced DNA damage via homologous recombination (HR) and promote tumor cell survival. In contrast, high β‐TrCP expression (Panel B) leads to BRCA1 and CtIP degradation, impairing HR repair, resulting in persistent DNA damage and apoptosis ...

PARP inhibitors elicit distinct transcriptional programs in homologous recombination competent castration‐resistant prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PARP inhibitors are used to treat a small subset of prostate cancer patients. These studies reveal that PARP1 activity and expression are different between European American and African American prostate cancer tissue samples. Additionally, different PARP inhibitors cause unique and overlapping transcriptional changes, notably, p53 pathway upregulation.

Relativistic Quark Spin Coupling Effects in the Nucleon Electromagnetic Form Factors

open access: yes, 1999
We investigate the effect of different forms of relativistic spin coupling of constituent quarks in the nucleon electromagnetic form factors. The four-dimensional integrations in the two-loop Feynman diagram are reduced to the null-plane, such that the ...

Adenosine‐to‐inosine editing of miR‐200b‐3p is associated with the progression of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A‐to‐I editing of miRNAs, particularly miR‐200b‐3p, contributes to HGSOC progression by enhancing cancer cell proliferation, migration and 3D growth. The edited form is linked to poorer patient survival and the identification of novel molecular targets.

Runoff Forecasting Research Coupling Quadratic Factor Screening and Deep Learning

open access: yesRenmin Zhujiang, 2023
The effective screening of factors influencing runoff is a key aspect of runoff forecasting research. However, there are many factors affecting runoff, and these factors have complex interactions. Most of the existing studies use numerically driven models ...
