Covert Communication over Classical-Quantum Channels
The square root law (SRL) is the fundamental limit of covert communication over classical memoryless channels (with a classical adversary) and quantum lossy-noisy bosonic channels (with a quantum-powerful adversary).

This paper proposes two projector‐based Hopfield neural network (HNN) estimators for online, constrained parameter estimation under time‐varying data, additive disturbances, and slowly drifting physical parameters. The first is a constraint‐aware HNN that enforces linear equalities and inequalities (via slack neurons) and continuously tracks the ...

ICMP Covert Channel Resiliency
The ICMP protocol has been widely used and accepted as a covert channel. While the ICMP protocol is very simple to use, modern security approaches such as Firewalls, deep-packet inspection and intrusion detection systems threaten the use of ICMP for a reliable means for a covert channel.

Scenarios and Covert Channels: Another Game...
AbstractCovert channels are information leaks in systems that use resources to transfer secretly a message. They are a threat for security, performance, but also for a system's profitability. This paper proposes a new approach to detect covert channels from scenario models of protocols.

Can Ti‐Based MXenes Serve as Solid Lubricants for Brake Applications? A Tribological Study
This study explores the first implementation of Ti‐based MXenes materials in brake pad friction composite material. The resulting composite material exhibits a 48% reduction in the wear rate; alongside significant improvements are observed for thermal and mechanical properties.
