Significant barriers to occupational and physical therapy (OT/PT) referral and utilization were found among children with cancer, specifically age ≥ 18 years, outpatient setting, and leukemia diagnosis. Addressing these barriers through system‐level interventions is essential to improve utilization of OT/PT services for this population.
