MicrobiologyOpen, Volume 15, Issue 3, June 2026.The oral microbiome in Hispanics remains largely resilient during mild SARS‐CoV‐2 infection, showing minimal diversity changes, while COVID‐19 vaccination induces increased microbial evenness and compositional shifts. These findings highlight limited infection impact but suggest vaccination transiently reshapes oral microbial ecology.
