Predicting MammaPrint Recurrence Risk from Breast Cancer Pathological Images Using a Weakly Supervised Transformer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents CPMP, a weakly supervised transformer model that predicts MammaPrint recurrence risk directly from routine histopathological images of early‐stage HR+/HER2− breast cancer patients. CPMP enables spatial heatmap visualization, analysis of cellular‐level interaction patterns, and an in‐depth characterization of morphological phenotypes

FXYD3 Promotes Tumor Progression by Binding With IRF7 to Regulate JAK2/STAT5 Signaling in Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
FXYD3 binds IRF7 via its 60–87aa domain, triggering a cGAS/STING‐mediated positive feedback loop amplified by type I interferon. This sustains JAK2/STAT5 activation, accelerating ICC progression. Targeting FXYD3 with siFXYD3@PEP suppresses tumors and enhances chemotherapy sensitivity. Abstract Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) has a poor prognosis,

Characterizing Stage‐Specific Cellular Dynamics and Microenvironmental Remodeling in Lung Adenocarcinoma by Single‐Cell RNA Sequencing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Early tumors exhibit normoxic immune activation, while advanced stages show hypoxia‐driven immune exhaustion and suppression. Distinct cell populations—including STAT1‐driven exhausted CD8⁺ T cells, POSTN⁺ fibroblasts, FKBP11⁺ plasma cells, C5 tumor cells, and LGMN⁺ macrophages—cooperate to establish a hypoxia‐enriched, immunosuppressive ...
