[Coxiella burnetii osteoarthritis].
Revista clinica espanola, 1992A case of a 25-year-old female characterized by febrile osteoarthritis and arthromyalgias as the only clinical manifestation of a Q fever is discussed. Analytical data were compatible with those of an acute inflammation and serologic findings reached diagnostic levels. Response to Doxycycline treatment was totally satisfactory.

[Coxiella burnetti pleuropericarditis].
La Revue de medecine interne, 1995We report here a case of acute fever with pleuropericarditis and high levels of Coxiella burnetti antibodies (phase II), excluding other possible etiologies. Complete recovery occurred with the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents combined with tetracycline.
