A unified formulation for home healthcare routing and scheduling problems
Abstract Home Healthcare is an essential component of healthcare systems, where caregivers visit patients' homes to deliver services. While presenting advantages with respect to institutional care, such as being cost‐effective and alleviating family burdens, it presents challenges in scheduling and routing caregivers efficiently.

Financial Time Series Uncertainty: A Review of Probabilistic AI Applications
ABSTRACT Probabilistic machine learning models offer a distinct advantage over traditional deterministic approaches by quantifying both epistemic uncertainty (stemming from limited data or model knowledge) and aleatoric uncertainty (due to inherent randomness in the data), along with full distributional forecasts.

ABSTRACT Bacterial blight (BB) of rice, caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo), is one of the major drivers of yield losses in Africa and Asia. Xoo secretes TAL‐effectors (TALe) that induce host SWEET sucrose uniporter by binding to the effector binding element (EBE) of SWEET promoters, likely required for Xoo reproduction and virulence.

Nonparametric Bayesian Adjustment of Unmeasured Confounders in Cox Proportional Hazards Models. [PDF]
ABSTRACT Unmeasured confounders pose a major challenge in accurately estimating causal effects in observational studies. To address this issue when estimating hazard ratios (HRs) using Cox proportional hazards models, several methods, including instrumental variables (IVs) approaches, have been proposed.

Abstract Recent bilateral and plurilateral regional trade agreements (RTAs) increasingly incorporate climate‐related provisions, signalling a potential convergence of international trade and climate law. This trend goes beyond defensive provisions seeking to avoid conflicts between the two legal regimes, such as exceptions recognising climate change as
