Thermal and photochemical substitution reactions of CpRe(PPh3)2H2 and CpRe(PPh3)H4. Catalytic insertion of ethylene into the C-H bond of benzene

open access: yesInorganica Chimica Acta, 1998
Abstract The thermal and photochemical reactions of CpRe(PPh3)2H4 and CpRe(PPh3)H4 (Cp = η5-C5H5) with PMe3, P(p-tolyl)3, PMe2Ph, DMPE, DPPE, DPPM, CO, 2,6-xylylisocyanide and ethylene have been examined. While CpRe(PPh3)2H2 is thermally inert, it will undergo photochemical substitution of one or two PPh3 ligands.

Predicting drug-perturbed transcriptional responses using multi-conditional diffusion transformer. [PDF]

open access: yesQuant Biol
Abstract Drug‐perturbed transcriptomes are important for personalized medicine and drug discovery. Nevertheless, the existing high‐throughput screening and sequencing techniques for drug‐perturbed transcriptomes remain expensive and time‐consuming. In this study, we propose a novel multi‐condition diffusion transformer model, designated as perturbation

The ratio of pre-dialysis vancomycin trough serum concentration to minimum inhibitory concentration is associated with treatment outcomes in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus bacteremia. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2018
Vancomycin is a standard treatment for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) bacteremia, and its efficacy is closely linked to the recommended serum trough concentration of 15-20 mg/L. However, it is unknown how the pre-dialysis trough serum
