1973Die Familie Crambidae ist auf dem Gebiet der DDR mit 52 Arten vertreten, von denen zwei (Catoptria conchella und C. mytilella) hier aus der älteren Literatur mit aufgenommen wurden, obwohl ihr Vorkommen durch neuere Untersuchungen nicht bestätigt werden konnte.

Studies on Crambidae VII – Lingulabotys gen. nov. from Africa (Pyraloidea, Crambidae, Spilomelinae).
MetamorphosisLingulabotys gen. nov. is erected to group two described species: Pilocrocis nubilinea Bethune-Baker, 1909 and Nacoleia haesitans Meyrick, 1934; both described from the African mainland. Illustrations of the adults and their genitalia are given with remarks on the systematic placement of the genus.
