Cranks are defined for partitions which combinatorially prove Ramanujan's congruences for the partition function modulo 5, 7, 11 and 25. Explicit bijections are given for the equinumerous crank classes. The key ingredients for proofs are two bijections for partitions and \(t\)-cores.

A distinct semi‐confined inner‐tube chemical vapor deposition geometry enables reproducible, large‐area growth of phase‐pure 2D β′‐In2Se3 from InI + Se precursors. Engineering local vapor transport and optimizing precursor delivery and temperature–time conditions yield uniform continuous films.

Effect of the Rotor crank system on cycling performance [PDF]

The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of a novel crank system on laboratory time-trial cycling performance. The Rotor system makes each pedal independent from the other so that the cranks are no longer fixed at 180 degrees.
