Rapid Impact Crater Relaxation Caused by an Insulating Methane Clathrate Crust on Titan

Titan’s impact craters are hundreds of meters shallower than expected, compared to similar-sized craters on Ganymede. Only 90 crater candidates have been identified, the majority of which have low certainty of an impact origin.
