Progressive Pulmonary Alveolar Proteinosis Diagnosis Masking Pneumonic Lung Carcinoma: Anchoring Bias in Critical Care

A presumed case of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis with clinical deterioration was ultimately identified at autopsy as pneumonic‐type pleomorphic carcinoma. This case highlights the diagnostic overlap between diffuse lung diseases and the risk of anchoring bias in critically ill patients.

Sleep disturbances in children with cerebral palsy, their siblings, and parents: A qualitative descriptive study

Children with cerebral palsy who experienced clinically significant sleep disturbances, their parents, and their siblings, were interviewed to understand the impact of sleep disturbance on the whole family. Six themes were identified, demonstrating the need for tailored, multidisciplinary, holistic sleep assessment and intervention, and family support.
