Spatial distribution of new firms and firm‐level innovation: Evidence from Turkey
Abstract This paper examines the spatial distribution of new firms and tests the impact of new firms' agglomeration on firm‐level innovation. Our findings from a spatially unequal economy, Turkey, show that firms that are located in regions hosting more new firms have a higher propensity to be innovative.

A matter of life and death? Knowledge intensity of FDI activities and domestic enterprise
Abstract There is no overall agreement on the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and domestic enterprise, this may reflect different effects from various types of FDI. A panel data regression approach is adopted to examine the impact of knowledge intensive FDI on both new firm formation and the deaths of enterprises.

Functional diversity of macroinvertebrates as a tool to evaluate wetland restoration
Considering different aspects of functional diversity of invertebrate communities can help elucidate the processes and mechanisms through which ecosystems recover following restoration. We encourage the use of trait‐based approaches to identify trends in processes and patterns that can guide future wetland restoration projects.
