Bright Light Emission from Deep Energy States
This study proposes a new deep energy state regulation mechanism—surface ionization annealing—and demonstrates that deep energy states can contribute to bright light emission. By applying this mechanism, red light emission from sulfur quantum dots (S‐dots) is achieved.
