This paper presents a method for the crew recovery problem with the possibility to retime flights to avoid large modifications of the original schedule. In the presented method a new neighborhood search for the crew scheduling problem is embedded in a tabu search scheme. Dynamic programming on leg based networks is used for generation of pairings.
