On gamma-convergence for problems of jumping type
The convergence of critical values for a sequence of functionals $(f_h)$ $Gamma$-converging to a functional $f_{infty}$ is studied. These functionals are related to a classical ``jumping problem'', in which the position of two real parameters $alpha, eta$

Two‐way inhibition of PAX5 transcriptional activity by PAX5::CBFA2T3
PAX5::CBFA2T3 (PAX5‐C) is a fusion protein of the B‐cell transcription factor, PAX5, and is found in B‐cell ALL. We propose a putative model of two‐way inhibition of PAX5 transcriptional activity by PAX5‐C. There are two ways of repression by PAX5‐C: DNA‐binding‐dependent way and HDAC‐dependent way, with either being sufficient for the repression. HDAC

In this research, a rat model of asthma was created using OVA, and polydatin served as an intervention. By inhibiting ferroautophagy mediated by NCOA4 and averting ferroptosis, polydatin has been demonstrated to reduce asthma. This work presents new ideas for investigating the mechanism of polydatin's ability to alleviate asthma, in addition to ...

Patch‐clamp recordings revealed that tamoxifen inhibits voltage‐gated sodium channels, especially under acidic conditions, both common in metastatic cancer cells. These effects may explain certain antitumor properties of tamoxifen, highlighting a novel mechanism of action beyond its known endocrine effects.

The properties of the critical point in electroweak theory
We study the properties of the electroweak theory in the vicinity of the critical point --- the endpoint of the first order phase transition line that exists in a wide class of theories, including the Standard Model and a part of the parameter space of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model.

This study presents a novel approach to teaching Python and bioinformatics using team‐based learning and cloud‐hosted notebooks. By integrating interactive coding into biomedical education, the method improves accessibility, student engagement, and confidence—especially for those without a computing background.
