Narcissism Is Associated With Blunted Error‐Related Brain Activity
ABSTRACT Objective Narcissism is associated with self‐enhancement and social antagonism, yet its neural underpinnings, particularly in error processing, remain underexplored. Competing theoretical models, such as the mask model and the metacognitive model, offer conflicting hypotheses regarding how narcissism influences early neural responses to errors.

Genetic structure of sugar kelp in the St. Lawrence Estuary and Gulf (Québec, Canada)
Abstract The sugar kelp, Saccharina latissima, is cultivated at low scale in Quebec, Canada, and current practice involves seeding meiospores or gametophyte stocks onto spools carrying twine and transferring these to a seaweed farm site. As the stocks can originate from locations spanning several hundreds of kilometers from the farm sites, such ...

The study using an optical capture system revealed the directional characteristics of wrist functional motion. The results highlighted the directional range of motion (ROM), differences in preferences between genders and age groups, and identified three key directions most frequently utilized. ABSTRACT Background Previous studies on Activities of Daily

ABSTRACT Phosphorus (P) is an essential macronutrient for various biological processes in plant growth. Modern agricultural science has advanced the knowledge of regulatory mechanisms underlying phosphorus starvation responses (PSRs), aiming to develop phosphate‐efficient crops with sustainable production under reduced Pi fertilizer application ...

ABSTRACT Efficient viral proliferation within the host is a critical step in pathogenicity and requires adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The replication, movement and immune evasion of many plant viruses within their hosts are associated with phase separation (PS)‐derived aggregates formed by viral components.

ABSTRACT Genomic selection (GS) is critical for accelerating genetic gain in modern plant breeding. Deep learning approaches offer powerful non‐linear representation capabilities for modelling non‐additive effects. However, their application in GS remains restricted, as high‐dimensional, low‐sample and noisy data hinder the identification of ...

ABSTRACT Triticale (x Triticosecale Wittmack) is an interspecific hybrid of wheat and rye. It is a promising grain and forage crop that thrives in poorer soils and low‐input farming systems. It can serve as a viable alternative to traditional small grains such as wheat and barley, bringing diversity to crop rotations and enhancing biodiversity in ...

Political Epistemology, Rationality, and Externalism About Bias
ABSTRACT This article develops and defends the idea that some of our biases have an externalist character, with particular attention to cases in which the phenomenon arises in political contexts. A person who consistently defers to biased sources can count as biased even while responding impeccably to their total evidence. On the basis of such cases, I
