The aim of this study was to examine the prevalence, antecedents, and consequences of work-family conflict among employed mothers within the Croatian Armed Forces. Research was conducted on a sample of 319 mothers, active soldiers, NCOs and officers, employed in the Croatian Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces.
