In fibrotic distal lung regions, CD66c+ basal cells emerge as a pathological state. Using human distal lung organoids, this study identifies CD66c+ basal cells as a pro‐fibrotic state arising through transdifferentiation from secretory, AT2, and basal cells.

Advances in research on spexin-mediated regulation of reproductive function in vertebrates
Spexin (SPX, NPQ) is a 14-amino acid neuroactive peptide identified using bioinformatics. This amino acid sequence of the mature spexin peptide has been highly conserved during species evolution and is widely distributed in the central nervous system and

The BnTFL1‐BnJAM3‐BnSWEETs Module Orchestrates Seed Storage Reserve Accumulation in Brassica napus
BnaC03.TFL1 and BnaA01.JAM3 form a complex that facilitates the transport of soluble sugars from the seed coat to the embryo by directly activating the expression of BnSWEETs. Furthermore, BnaC03.TFL1 and BnaA01.JAM3 work cooperatively to promote soluble sugar and oil production while suppressing protein deposition.

Integrated crop-livestock management system in rainfed lowland
Abstract Rainfed lowland rice is the second largest rice growing areas in Indonesia. One of the most vulnerable agro-ecosystems to the climate change is the rainfed lowland because of the erratic, unpredictable rainfall and most of them have very limited access on water resources.

ABSTRACT Class Switch Recombination (CSR) is essential for generating high‐affinity antibody isotypes from IgM during adaptive humoral responses. Despite well‐established roles for various transcription factors, whether CSR is subject to dedicated post‐transcriptional control represents a significant gap in knowledge.

Phytosociological Survey of Weeds in Areas of Crop-Livestock Integration
The dynamics of the weeds in the areas of crop-livestock integration is constantly changing depending on the various uses of the area. This study identified and quantified the floristic composition of weeds in areas of integration of maize for silage with Urochloa ruziziensis cv.
