Cross-border externalities and cooperation among representative democracies [PDF]
This paper analyzes the provision of public goods with cross-border externalities by representative democracies. The level of provision of each country is decided by a policy maker elected by majority rule at the country level. We compare the case in which policy makers set their policies noncooperatively with the case in which they set their policies ...

Hierarchical coordination engineering redistributes Li+ from anion‐dominated pairing toward polymer‐mediated binding. Strong primary sites promote salt dissociation, while distributed secondary sites sustain dynamic hopping pathways. This coordination landscape couples ion flux with polysulfide conversion, suppresses transport‐conversion decoupling ...

Chemically Fueled Systems Chemistry Across Length Scales
Chemically fueled reaction cycles regulate processes through single and multiple catalytic sites on the molecular and assembly scale. This gives rise to unique kinetically controlled properties/functions like spatio‐temporal catalysis, oscillations, optical properties, and perform work.
