Cross-Border Mergers in France
2019The Cross-border mergers Directive 2005/56/EC of 26 October 2005 has facilitated cross-border mergers in the European Union. The Directive was implemented in France by the Act n°2008-649 of 3 July of 2008. This paper will describe the French regime and its main features in order to evaluate its efficiency.
