Tandem VHH targeting distinct EGFR epitopes were engineered into a monovalent bispecific antibody (7D12‐EGA1‐Fc) with more potent ADCC without increasing affinity to EGFR. Structural modeling of 7D12‐EGA1‐Fc showed cross‐linking of separate EGFR domains to enhance CD16a engagement on NK cells.

Fast, greener and scalable direct coupling of organolithium compounds with no additional solvents
Cross-coupling reactions typically are carried out under dilute conditions of ethereal solvents. Here, the authors report a method for palladium catalysed cross-coupling of organolithium reagents that avoids the use of any added solvent with reaction ...

$\nu d \to \mu^- \Delta^{++} n$ Reaction and Axial Vector $N-\Delta $ Coupling
The reaction $\nu d \to \mu^- \Delta^{++} n$ is studied in the region of low $q^2$ to investigate the effect of deuteron structure and width of the $\Delta$ resonance on the differential cross section. The results are used to extract the axial vector $N-\

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

Catalysis of NHC–Pd Complexes in the Suzuki–Miyaura Cross-Coupling Reaction
Introduction: N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) are considered important preferred auxiliary ligands for transition metals due to their strong σ-donor and weak π-acceptor properties and ease of structural modification in catalyst design.

Systemic dysregulation of apolipoproteins in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis serum
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal disease that damages motor neurons. This study found that people with ALS show significant changes in blood fats and the proteins that carry them. Several apolipoproteins were higher, lipid balances were altered, and normal protein–lipid relationships were disrupted.

Regge phenomenology of pion photoproduction off the nucleon at forward angles
We present a Regge model for pion photoproduction which is basically free of parameters within the framework of the s-channel helicity amplitude. We use coupling constants of all exchanged mesons determined from empirical decay widths or from the SU(3 ...

Chemotherapy side effects significantly impact cancer survivors' quality of life. Using protein levels in blood samples from breast cancer patients before and after 12 weeks of taxane treatment, we detected treatment‐dependent changes in calcium signaling and aging pathways associated with cancer recurrence.
