Cross Recurrence Quantitative Analysis of Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging
2019In this paper, a generalized synchronization-based metric is described to assess functional connectivity in human brain. The metric is a generalized synchronization measure that considers both the amplitude and phase coupling between pairs of fMRI series.
