Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Cross-correlation functions between dynamic BD variables of typical participant A.

open access: yes, 2023
Cross-correlation functions of BFR(t), UrgR(t), and F(t) have high maxima (Xcorrmax = 0.96) at zero lag (X = 0), indicating high similarity and absence of time delay between these functions.

Digital Flow Rate Measurement System Design for Minichannel based on Cross Correlation Technique [PDF]

open access: yesEngineering and Technology Journal, 2017
In this paper, a demonstration for an experimental study to measure mean fluid velocity in minichannels is presented. Fluid flow velocity was estimated by applying cross correlation technique on measured thermal fluctuation using two ultra-small ...

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

Application of GSTARI (1,1,1) Model for Forecasting the Consumer Price Index (CPI) in Three Cities in Central Java

open access: yesJTAM (Jurnal Teori dan Aplikasi Matematika), 2022
Economic development is affected by several factors, one of which is the inflation rate. One indicator used to measure the inflation rate is Consumer Price Index (CPI).

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Navigating Choppy Waters: Interplay between Financial Stress and Commodity Market Indices

open access: yesFractal and Fractional
Financial stress can have significant implications for individuals, businesses, asset prices and the economy as a whole. This study examines the nonlinear structure and dynamic changes in the multifractal behavior of cross-correlation between the ...
