Nuclide production cross sections in proton-induced reactions on Bi at GeV energies [PDF]
Proton-induced nuclide production cross sections for Bi at incident energies of 0.4, 1.5, and 3.0 GeV are measured with the activation method using the proton beams accelerated from the Rapid-Cycling Synchrotron of the Japan Proton Accelerator Research ...

IMMUNOLOGICAL CROSS-REACTIONS OF SULFOBENZYLPENICILLIN
Sulfobenzylpenicillin (sulbenicillin)-BGG conjugate was shown to be highly reactive with anti-sulbenicillin-BSA serum. This conjugate was, however, not reactive or was only slightly reactive with anti-benzylpenicillin- and anti-ampicillin-BSA sera produced in rabbits. The immunological specificity of sulbenicillin seems to be dependent on the acyl side

Potential inversion with subbarrier fusion data revisited [PDF]
We invert experimental data for heavy-ion fusion reactions at energies well below the Coulomb barrier in order to directly determine the internucleus potential between the colliding nuclei.

Fusion-fission reactions with modified Woods-Saxon potential [PDF]
A modified Woods-Saxon potential model is proposed for a unified description of the entrance channel fusion barrier and the fission barrier of fusion-fission reactions based on the Skyrme energy-density functional approach.

Aluminum-Catalyzed Cross Selective C3–N1′ Coupling Reactions of N-Methoxyindoles with Indoles
C3–N1′ bond formation of bisindoles has been a great challenge due to the intrinsic reactivity of indoles as both C3 and N1-nucleophilic character.

Effective radii of deuteron induced reactions
The continuum-discretized coupled-channels method (CDCC) for exclusive reactions and the eikonal reaction theory (ERT) as an extension of CDCC to inclusive reactions are applied to deuteron induced reactions.

Palladium-catalyzed cross coupling reactions of 4-bromo-6H-1,2-oxazines
A number of 4-aryl- and 4-alkynyl-substituted 6H-1,2-oxazines 8 and 9 have been prepared in good yields via cross coupling reactions of halogenated precursors 2, which in turn are easily accessible by bromination of 6H-1,2-oxazines 1. Lewis-acid promoted
