Jet measurements at DO using a KT algorithm [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
DO has implemented and calibrated a KT jet algorithm for the first time in a ppbar collider. We present two results based on 1992-1996 data which were recently published: the subjet multiplicity in quark and gluon jets and the central inclusive jet cross

High-energy neutrino-nucleus interactions [PDF]

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2019
High-energy neutrino-nucleus interactions are discussed by considering neutrino-oscillation experiments and ultra-high-energy cosmic neutrino interactions.

Experimental results on antiproton–nuclei annihilation cross section at very low energies

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2014
Investigating the antiproton cross section on nuclei at low energies (1 eV – 1 MeV) is of great interest for fundamental cosmology and nuclear physics as well.

Constraints on Neutrino-Nucleon Interactions at energies of 1 EeV with the IceCube Neutrino Observatory

open access: yes, 2010
A search for extremely high energy cosmic neutrinos has been carried out with the IceCube Neutrino Observatory. The main signals in the search are neutrino-induced energetic charged leptons and their rate depends on the neutrino-nucleon cross section ...

Flavor-dependent radiative corrections in coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
We calculate coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering cross sections on spin-0 nuclei (e.g. 40Ar and 28Si) at energies below 100 MeV within the Standard Model and account for all effects of permille size.

Heavy ion collisions at intermediate energies in a quark-gluon exchange framework [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
Heavy ion collisions at intermediate energies can be studied in the context of the Vlasov-Uehling-Uhlenbeck (VUU) model. One of the main features in this model is the nucleon-nucleon (NN) cross section in the collisional term.

VAIM-CFF: a variational autoencoder inverse mapper solution to Compton form factor extraction from deeply virtual exclusive reactions

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields
We develop a new methodology for extracting Compton form factors (CFFs) from deeply virtual exclusive reactions such as the unpolarized DVCS cross section using a specialized inverse problem solver, a variational autoencoder inverse mapper (VAIM).

Spin Polarization in γd→ $vec{n}$ n→ p

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2012
The study of spin observables is an important and active issue in low energy nuclear physics. In this contribution we report our recent calculation on the γd→ $vec{n}$ n→ p reaction at low photon energies.

Top Quark Pair Production Cross Section and Forward-Backward Asymmetry at the Tevatron [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
We present recent results on top quark pair production cross section and forward-backward asymmetry at the Tevatron. Three new cross section measurements from CDF and one new measurement from DO are presented that utilize the full dataset available.

Search for new neutral gauge bosons with the CMS Experiment at the LHC

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2018
A search for narrow resonances in dimuon invariant mass spectra has been performed using 13 fb-1 data obtained in 2016 from proton-proton collisions at √s = 13 TeV with the CMS experiment at the LHC. No evidence for physics beyond standard model is found.
