Tobacco Ringspot Virus Isolated from Crotalaria (Crotalaria spectabilis).

open access: yesJapanese Journal of Phytopathology, 1968
Two causal viruses were isolated from crotalaria (Crotalaria spectabilis) showing yellow ringspot and mosaic symptoms. The first virus was identified with bean yellow mosaic virus. The virus was transmitted mechanically and also by Myzus persicae. The hosts of this virus were crotalaria, broad bean, bean, soybean and Chenopodium amaranticolor.

Effects of irrigated cover crop cultivation period on common bean and soybean yield

open access: yesCrop, Forage &Turfgrass Management, Volume 12, Issue 2, December 2026.
Abstract Cover crop inclusion is essential for improving soil management in tropical no till systems; however, the optimal duration of irrigated off‐season cultivation remains uncertain. This 3‐year field study evaluated nine cover crop species or mixtures and four cultivation periods (60, 75, 90, and 105 days) on biomass production, soil chemical ...

Lizards in Dunes and Swales: Habitat Structure and Assemblage Patterns

open access: yesAustral Ecology, Volume 51, Issue 10, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Habitat structure mediates thermoregulation, foraging opportunities, and access to refugia, shaping how animals use space and encounter risk. Dune–swale mosaics provide sharp structural contrasts over short distances, offering a natural test of structure–assemblage links and spacing relative to shelter.
