Ontogeny of Apical Meristems in Crotalaria juncea L.
Flora, 1982Summary During the embryogeny of Crotalaria juncea L. the radicular apex becomes distinguishable much later than the epicotyl apex. Root apex is initiated at torpedo stage of embryo. Peripheral part of root cap is derived from protodermal as well as hypodermal layers, while the columella of the root cap and all regions of the root body are derived ...

Bovine viral diarrhea virus: Affinity chromatography on Crotalaria juncea lectin
Journal of Virological Methods, 1981Attempts were made to purify bovine viral diarrhea virus by chromatography on Crotalaria juncea lectin coupled to Sepharose 2B. A recovery of abut 65% of viral infectivity after desorption was obtained. Electron microscopy revealed mostly de-enveloped particles, rather uniform in appearance but differing in size.

Development of sunnhemp (Crotalaria juncea) fibre based unconventional fabric
Industrial Crops and Products, 2018Abstract Sunnhemp fibre is an under-exploited natural fibre. In this study, an attempt has been made to explore the possibility of production of unspinnable sunnhemp based unconventional fabric (needle punched nonwoven) for value addition and diversified uses.

Limited Diclosulam Herbicide Uptake and Translocation-Induced Tolerance in Crotalaria juncea
Bulletin of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology, 2019The study was to identify the potential tolerance of Crotalaria juncea to diclosulam uptake and translocation and its effects on the physiological metabolism of plants. Two experiments were carried out; I-Evaluation of uptake and translocation of 14C-diclosulam (35 g a.i. ha-1) in C. juncea, at seven and 14 days after emergence.
