Inverse Design of Pre‐Strain via a Predictive Electromechanical Model for Enhanced Strain Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An analytical electromechanical model rooted in microcrack evolution mechanics is globally calibrated from only eight pre‐strain datasets, enabling prediction of the complete sensing response at untested pre‐strain values within the calibrated design space (R2 > 0.99).

Clinical management of a complicated crown-root fracture: a case report [PDF]

open access: yesBrazilian Dental Journal, 2011
This report describes the clinical procedures involved in the treatment of a complicated crown-root fracture in the maxillary left central incisor with a wide open apex of a 10-year-old male patient, due to fall from his own height. Post-trauma treatment comprised cervical pulpotomy and adhesive tooth fragment reattachment.

Toward Rational Design of Aqueous Battery Membranes Beyond the Selectivity‐Conductivity Trade‐Off

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review examines sulfonated membranes for redox flow batteries. It focuses on proton transport mechanism, membrane design, performance limits, optimization strategies, and the pathway from molecular design to membrane manufacturing. ABSTRACT Electrochemical energy‐storage systems increasingly require membranes that can simultaneously deliver fast ...

MicroCT reinvestigation of the only articulated fossil anostomid fish reveals synonymy of Arhinolemur Ameghino, 1898 and Megaleporinus Ramirez et al., 2017

open access: yesThe Anatomical Record, EarlyView.
Abstract Arhinolemur scalabrinii† Ameghino, 1898 was originally described as a strepsirrhine primate (Mammalia) but has been recognized as an anostomid fish since 2012. It remains the only extinct anostomid species known from complete cranial material.
