MatInform: A Two‐Stage Multi‐Agent Framework for Consistent and Interpretable Extraction of Biomaterial Literatures

We present an automated framework for extracting structured information from scientific literature using hierarchical multi‐agent coordination. Applied to 1469 titanium‐based antibacterial coating papers, MatInform achieves F1 = 0.905 and enables knowledge graph construction, model fine‐tuning, and interpretable SHAP‐based materials analysis.
