Cryoglobulinemic Vasculitis

2014
Cryoglobulinemic vasculitis, also termed mixed cryoglobulinemic syndrome, is a rare systemic small vessel vasculitis due to the vascular deposition of immune- complexes, mainly mixed IgG-IgM cryoglobulins. It is associated with hepatitis C virus infection, immunological, and neoplastic diseases.

Classification of Cryoglobulinemic Vasculitis

2011
Classification criteria that have been developed with an accepted statistical methodology are presently lacking for cryoglobulinemic syndrome or vasculitis (CV). However, they are essential for research and epidemiologic studies, and in turn for clinical practice.
