Photodynamic treatment using a 2‐phased activation protocol consisting of red light followed immediately by IPL delivered with mechanical pressure to squeeze out blood was highly successful in a group of 206 thin BCCs ( ≤ 1 mm maximum thickness). Optical coherence tomography (OCT) was used for triage and to monitor outcomes.

Simulated daylight vs. conventional PDT for clinical superficial BCC: A randomized controlled trial
In this single‐centre, non‐inferiority, randomized controlled trial, SDL‐PDT (n = 95 lesions) was less effective than C‐PDT (n = 98 lesions) in treating superficial basal cell carcinoma One‐year clearance rates: 61.3% with SDL‐PDT versus 91.8% with C‐PDT (p < 0.001).

Successful Treatment of Facial Pseudolymphoma With Intravenous Rituximab: A Case Report
ABSTRACT Intravenous rituximab demonstrated significant efficacy in treating a case of refractory cutaneous pseudolymphoma that failed multiple conventional therapies, including corticosteroids, hydroxychloroquine, methotrexate, and biologics. The patient, a 42‐year‐old man, initially developed erythematous, nodular lesions on the face following dental

Green fluorescent protein as an indicator of cryoinjury in tissues. [PDF]
The fluorescence intensity of Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) has previously been demonstrated to be an accurate indicator of cellular viability following cryoinsult in individual GFP-transfected cells. In an attempt to ascertain whether GFP fluorescence
