Capsule SummaryMycobacterium chelonae infections are rare but significant, especially in immunocompromised patients, often leading to delayed diagnosis due to nonspecific clinical signs and challenges in culturing the pathogen. We report five cases of M. chelonae cutaneous infections, four of whom were on immunosuppressive therapy.

Differences in Radiological and Pathological Findings by ANCA‐Subtype in ANCA‐Positive Idiopathic Interstitial Pneumonias

HRCT and pathological patterns did not differ between MPO‐ANCA‐positive and PR3‐ANCA‐positive IIPs. This absence of significant differences suggests that the same mechanism underlies changes from bronchiolitis to cyst formation in both types of interstitial pneumonia.
