A spatiotemporal‐specific artificial neuron based on In2Se3 ferroelectric memristor for adaptable information processing

open access: yesInfoMat, EarlyView.
The resistive response in In2Se3 ferroelectric memristor is explored for spatiotemporal‐specific artificial neuron by engineering the inherent in‐plane ferroelectricity and the extensive regulation capability of the co‐planar multi‐electrode configuration.

Epithelial–Mesenchymal Transition in Human Alveolar Cells Exposed to Indium Chloride

open access: yesJournal of Applied Toxicology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT For workers in the industry, occupational exposure to indium compounds induces pulmonary disorders, such as interstitial pneumonia. Moreover, lung cancer has been reported in both humans and rodents exposed to indium compounds by inhalation. However, the biological mechanism underlying indium‐induced disorders is poorly understood.

Beyond the income‐achievement gap: The role of individual, family, and environmental factors in cognitive resilience among low‐income youth

open access: yesJCPP Advances, EarlyView.
Machine learning based prediction of cognitive resilience among low income youth. Abstract Background Low socioeconomic status is associated with lower cognitive performance and long‐term disparities in achievement and success. However, not all children from low‐income backgrounds exhibit lower cognitive performance.

Assessing cognition in autistic youth with and without attention‐deficit/hyperactivity disorder using the NIH Toolbox Cognition Battery: An Environmental influences on Child Health Outcomes‐Wide Cohort Study

open access: yesJCPP Advances, EarlyView.
Autistic individuals tend to experience difficulties with fluid cognition as found previously, with minimal impact of ADHD. However, there was a notable proportion of autistic individuals with average or superior cognitive performance, highlighting the importance of strength‐based and transdiagnostic research approaches.
