Mechanism of Solid Solution‐Driven Texture Induced by Ag Doping in YBCO Superconductor
Ag‐doped YBCO with a designed concentration gradient is produced by dual‐material co‐extrusion and freeze‐drying. During annealing, Ag+ ions diffuse into Y123, substituting for Cu(1) and inducing c‐axis relaxation. This leads to the formation of [001]‐oriented YBCAO, creating a coherent interface that templates the textured growth of Y123. Consequently,

Ultraviolet Photodetectors Based on 4H‐SiC With Honeycomb‐Like Light‐Trapping Structures
A facile photoelectrochemical etching method creates honeycomb‐like light‐trapping microstructures on SiC. These microstructures suppress UV reflection and enhance absorption by extending the optical path and facilitating multiple internal reflections, while strengthening the local electric field.

Effect of Regiochemistry on Doping and Thermoelectric Properties of n‐Doped Fullerene Derivatives
Three fullerene derivatives doubly substituted with diethylene glycol chains (PDEG‐2) is presented. The different regiochemistry significantly affects the crystallinity and consequently the dielectric properties, electronic transport, and doping efficiency. By striking a balance between compatibility with the molecular dopant N‐DMBI and crystallinity a

Influence of Bottom Electrodes on the Ferroelectric Stability of AlScN Film at High Temperatures
The thermal stability of AlScN depends on the bottom electrode. When the bottom electrode possesses compressive stress, tensile strain develops in the AlScN upon thermal annealing, reducing the switching barrier. When the bottom electrode forms a coherent interface with AlScN, significant tensile strain and defects are generated in the AlScN layer ...

This review highlights the use of atomic layer deposition (ALD) for fabricating thermoelectric thin films with atomic‐scale control. Four material classes—chalcogenides, doped oxides, ternary oxides, and multilayered structures—are compared in terms of growth dynamics, structure–property relationships, and thermoelectric performance. The precise tuning
