MOFs and COFs in Electronics: Bridging the Gap between Intrinsic Properties and Measured Performance
Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) hold promise for advanced electronics. However, discrepancies in reported electrical conductivities highlight the importance of measurement methodologies. This review explores intrinsic charge transport mechanisms and extrinsic factors influencing performance, and critically ...

The Influence of Crystallographic Texture on DynamicRecrystallization [PDF]
The influence of a crystallographic texture (CT) on Dynamic Recrystallization (DRX) was investigated at T= 300℃ and 2.8 x 10-3 s-1 in Mg–5.8% Zn–0.65% Zr in detail. It was shown that mechanics and kinetics of DRX are in strong dependence on location of basal planes. Initial texture effects recrystallized grain size too.

Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.
