Modeling the role of CSAR team based on AML
2012 International Conference on Machine Learning and Cybernetics, 2012How to plan the mission role of the CSAR (Combat Search and Rescue) assets is the key point of command control of the CSAR mission in modern and future military operations. In this paper, we analyze the necessary role type based on the requirements of the CSAR mission; and then model the role of the CSAR assets by means the agent diagram of AML (Agent ...

CSAR surface as a radiation scatterer
2016 3rd International Conference on Electronic Design (ICED), 2016This research paper utilizes a 3D tetrahedral meshing frequency solver to simulate the electromagnetic effect of circular split asymmetric ring (CSAR) patterned onto a conventional microwave laminate. Behavior of the incident wave was first conducted using a bare flat metal laminate and then compared with a modified tip of CSAR surface. Comparison made

Sentinel-1 CSAR mission status
SPIE Proceedings, 2009The Sentinel-1 synthetic aperture radar (SAR) constellation represents a completely new approach to SAR mission design by ESA in direct response to the operational needs for SAR data expressed under the EU-ESA Global Monitoring for Environment and Security (GMES) programme. The Sentinel-1 constellation is expected to provide near daily coverage over

A Sub-aperture Division Method for FMCW CSAR Imaging
2020Frequency modulation continuation wave circular synthetic aperture radar (FMCW CSAR) imaging can’t focus imaging, because of the target scattering coefficient to change caused by large synthetic aperture. The sub-aperture imaging algorithm effectively avoids such problems.

An Effective Method of Bridge Detection Based on Polarimetric CSAR
2020 21st International Radar Symposium (IRS), 2020This paper introduce an approach for detecting bridges when the difference in radar echo energy is not obvious. It consists of two steps: extracting targets with high anisotropy and detecting bridge. Firstly, by image segmentation based on the feature of multi-aperture polarimetric entropy, we get targets with high certainty.

GPU-accelerated 3D compressive sensing CSAR imaging
IET International Radar Conference 2013, 2013In circular synthetic aperture radar (CSAR), radar collects data over a circular trajectory. This wide-angle non-linear collection geometry makes CSAR capable of obtaining both two-dimensional (2D) high resolution image and three-dimensional (3D) image. In this paper, compressive sensing technique is used in 3D CSAR imaging.

Intra-pulse Movement Analysis and Correction for FMCW CSAR
2019 IEEE 4th International Conference on Signal and Image Processing (ICSIP), 2019The combination of frequency modulation continuous wave (FMCW) technology and circular synthetic aperture radar (CSAR) would promote the development of micro-miniature unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) earth observation applications. Regarding FMCW CSAR imaging, the stop-and-go approximation is no longer effective due to the longer pulse duration.

A Fast Circular Convolution Imaging Algorithm for FMCW CSAR
2019 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Technology (ICEICT), 2019The frequency modulated continuous wave circular synthetic aperture radar (FMCW CSAR) is a high resolution imaging radar, which has always played an important role in target recognition. However, the wave number domain imaging algorithm based on FMCW CSAR has a low efficiency.
