Of wlp and CSP

open access: yesElectronic Notes in Theoretical Computer Science, 2009
AbstractWe extend Morgan's well-known derivation of the Failures-Divergences semantics of an action system endowed with a wp sequential semantics, by showing how various other CSP semantics can be extracted from an action system endowed with an appropriate sequential semantics.

Charge‐Encoded Sidechains Enable Deterministic Ion Ingress and Memory Retention in Organic Electrochemical Synaptic Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Organic electrochemical synaptic transistors based on sidechain‐engineered conjugated polyelectrolytes reveal that cationic sidechains enable efficient volumetric ion penetration and dense backbone doping, leading to enhanced transconductance and long‐term synaptic retention.

Intramolecular Interactions between Folded and Disordered Regions Shape Ubiquilin Structure and Function

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Ubiquilin (UBQLN), like many other human proteins, contains both well‐folded and disordered regions. Here, we show that intramolecular interactions between disordered regions and folded domains modulate between open and closed topologies of UBQLN proteins, altering their structure and function.
