Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2014 目的研究多排螺旋CT增强扫描对脂肪肝背景下肝脏结节性疾病的诊断价值。方法从2010年1月到2012年3月,于我院就诊并进行治疗的脂肪肝合并肝脏结节性疾病的病患共有84例,以数字法随机分为观察组（42例）,对照组（42例）。观察组进行多排螺旋CT进行诊断,对照组则行超声诊断,对比两组诊断情况。此外对观察组病患根据结节大小不同,分为大结节组以及小结节组,均行多排螺旋CT增强扫描进行诊断。比较两组诊断情况。结果观察组准确度、灵敏度以及特异度分别为84.4%（38/42）,92.6%（25/27）,86.7 ...
