Incidence of CTCL in Vietnam veterans.
Dermatology nursing, 2002The causative factors of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) are unclear. Exposure to herbicides has been linked to the development of other lymphomas. Three Vietnam Veterans with CTCL treated at a photopheresis unit in New Jersey report positive histories of exposure to Agent Orange, a herbicide used during the war.
