AI‐assisted automated endpoint interpretation for turbidity‐based digital LAMP using bright‐field microscopy

open access: yesVIEW, EarlyView.
Turbidity‐based digital LAMP offers a low‐cost alternative for nucleic acid quantification, but interpreting bright‐field images is difficult due to weak contrast and noise. We developed NanoFuse‐YOLO11, an AI‐based detection model that automatically identifies positive reaction units in turbidity microscopy images.

Cuda a molekuły

open access: yesFilozoficzne Aspekty Genezy, 2021
Jest to recenzja książki Michaela J. Behe'ego Darwin's Black Box: The Biochemical Challenge to Evolution (The Free Press, New York 1996), zawierającej krytykę ewolucjonizmu. Futuyma krytykuje tezę Behe'ego, że nieredukowalna złożoność układów biochemicznych świadczy o tym, iż zaprojektował je jakiś inteligentny projektant, tj. nie zostały one utworzone

Multitype Game Optimisation: A Two‐Stage Fine‐Tuning Framework for Multi‑Game Optimisation With Large Language Models

open access: yesCAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Large language models (LLMs) have made remarkable advances in natural language processing, demonstrating great potential in modelling structured sequences. However, adapting these capabilities to machine gaming tasks such as Go remains challenging due to limitations in strategy generalisation and optimisation efficiency.

Credit‐Driven Adaptive Grouping for Refined Cooperative Multi‐Agent Reinforcement Learning

open access: yesCAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Policy heterogeneity is crucial for achieving sophisticated coordination in complex collaborative tasks, which has emerged as one of the key challenges in multi‐agent reinforcement learning (MARL) in recent years. Notably, the grouping paradigm has made remarkable progress in addressing policy heterogeneity.
