Adhesive joint evaluation by ultrasonic interface and lamb waves [PDF]
Some results on the application of interface and Lamb waves for the study of curing of thin adhesive layers were summarized. In the case of thick substrates (thickness much more than the wave length) the interface waves can be used.

Curing mechanism and kinetic modeling of curing of modified bismaleimide
The objectives of this research work include the study of the curing mechanism of formulations of BMI with DDM and DABA; curing kinetics of the formulations BMI/DDM, BMI/DABA and BMI/DDM/DABA; the Tg-conversion relationship of the above formulations; development of a methodology, on the basis of above findings, for the cure studies of similarly ...

Selection Strategies for Flexible Pressure Sensor Electrode Materials Toward Ultrafast Response
This study reveals, for the first time, how the electrode–organic interface governs the temporal performance of flexible pressure sensors. By pairing high‐conductivity CVD PEDOT with commonly used metal electrodes, the authors demonstrate that interfacial energy alignment dictates microsecond‐scale response, providing a straightforward design strategy ...

Electrochemically Driven Dissipative Growth of Affinity Hydrogels for Bioresponsive Interfaces
Voltage pulses drive the growth and reinforcement of hydrogel films under dissipative conditions. This biocompatible strategy enables efficient integration of affinity ligands into the hydrogel matrix, enhancing the selective capture of growth factors and allowing precise temporal control over their release, making them well‐suited as adaptive ...
